SHIPPING: We do not currently ship the Home Starter Collections to: WA, NT, Tasmania. We suggest individually purchasing these collections at checkout for accurate shipping rates and delivery timeframes.
Shipping policy
Deliveries are processed Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. Orders received before 1pm will be shipped out the next day. We will contact you via text message with the phone number, or email to advise of receipt of order and delivery correspondence.
All orders are received after 1pm will be processed on the next business day(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: From time-to-time, we may offer flat rate shipping.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our distribution location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. Orders placed before 11am, will be available for pick-up on the same day. Orders received after 11am, will be available for pick-up the following day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are [9am-4:30pm] on [available days: Mon-Fri]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
We will soon offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand | United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not ship to other countries.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Butterfly Barbells is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Barbell Racks
We hold low supply of barbell racks and all racks are customed made. When we receive your order, we will commence making the product. Average turn-around time is 7-21days. We expect to ship your order within 21days. Whilst every attempt will be made to have your delivery to you as fast as possible, unforeseen circumstances my prevent the fast expedition of your order. Will will communicate with you frequently on the status of your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the shipping timeframe selected on your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Admin@butterflybarbells.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Customers can return their goods undamaged and in its original packaging and are eligible to a full refund or replacement, or paying of the difference for another product if the product sent was accidently ordered by the customer.
Replacements and refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Admin@butterflybarbells.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We can only process returns once the goods have been received, inspected and cited. We will inform you of the process and outcomes within 10 days of receiving the goods.
